Craftsmanship and high-tech go hand in hand

A sonic chair is made up of numerous components, which require a high degree of craftsmanship. The sonic chair is produced by hand locally. In order to ensure the highest precision, we also use high tech processes, such as CNC milling.
From the complexly constructed sounding board made of wood to the acoustic technology (> technology) through to the upholstery, quality and precision are of the highest priority.

The components used in the sounding board are produced by computer-operated milling machines and carefully assembled by hand.
The solid pedestal contains precise bushings and integrated audio wiring.
The foam elements for the upholstery are also CNC milled and precisely mounted on the sounding board.

Only the best quality leather is chosen for the outer covering of the chair. The interior upholstery is a highly durable microfibre and is sewn to the external leather by hand. Experienced master upholsterers then cover the body of the sonic chair.
In the final stage of production, the upholstered sounding board is then equipped with our sound technology. The operating panel and control knobs are made of brushed stainless steel.
Before the sonic chair leaves our workshops, it is subjected to quality testing and an extensive soundcheck.

If there is anything that does not fulfil your expectations, you can rely on our service.
